Delivery and delivery time

If you have ordered your desired product in our webshop, we will start working on it as soon as possible. Because our products are tailor-made for you, we have a delivery time of 10-14 working days. After you have ordered, you will receive a confirmation in your mailbox. If you have ordered multiple products (on the same receipt), we will ensure that they are packaged together. We do this because it is easier for everyone. We no longer have an open order and you can hang/confirm everything at the same time.

When the package has been shipped, you will receive a message in your mailbox. This includes a track & trace code/link. Our deliveries are made by DHL parcel. For you, this means that they ensure that your package is delivered neatly and on time.

If you are not at home during delivery, this is not a disaster. If this occurs, you will find a sheet in your mailbox. This states where your package can be found. The most common solutions are

- The package has been delivered to the neighbors

- The package has been delivered to a collection point nearby

- The package comes with another delivery

If something happens that causes a delay in your product, we will contact you as soon as possible.

Postage costs

If you order an amount above €1900, shipping of the products is completely free! If you do not reach the above amount, we will charge €6.95 for shipping costs.
