If you do not like a product or you change your mind, you can cancel an order up to 14 days after receipt of the complete order.

You must return or hand over the goods to us without delay, but in any case no later than 14 days after the day on which you communicated your decision to revoke the agreement to us. You are on time if you return the goods before the period of 14 days has expired

If you return a product that qualifies for this, you will receive your money back as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days after we have received your cancellation. We will then refund the money using the same payment method with which the order was placed. If that doesn't work, we will ask you for an account number.

“You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from use of the goods that goes beyond what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.”

You can rate the products to see if you want to keep them, just like you could in a store. However, if this causes damage, you are liable for this and we will deduct the depreciation from the amount to be refunded.

Return standard sizes

"Please return standard sizes in the complete condition as they were delivered. Items that have been shortened or assembled yourself may be returned. Please note that we may charge a depreciation for this if more has been done to the product than is necessary to assess it. whether you want to keep the product. In this case, return costs are also at your own expense.

We request that you always first contact customer service via info@onlinecurtains.nl for returns and state your order number and which items need to be returned for quick returns handling.

Customer service will send you a UPS return sticker, which you can print and stick on the package. You then take the package to a UPS parcel.

You only have to pay the shipping costs (€9/package) yourself for the standard sizes of skylight curtains.

The return addresses for standard sizes depend on the supplier, which can be found on the packing slip and the sticker on the box.

Right of withdrawal/Return on custom items

Customized window decoration, this means window decoration with specifically specified dimensions, cannot be returned, because they are produced specifically and uniquely per customer. This is stated in the general terms and conditions under article 10.9.

You get a warranty on our products; for example, in case of a material error or if the fabric is sewn or cut incorrectly. We guarantee no color deviations. It is also possible that the supplier cannot deliver the ordered substance due to unforeseen circumstances. In this case you will get your money back in full. But if the production of your curtain has already started (cutting, sewing), you will not regret the purchase. We recommend that you read the product description carefully before placing an order. It is also best to request a free sample first, so that you know for sure whether the chosen fabric meets your requirements.

CAN I RETURN MY CURTAINS?

No - returns do not apply to custom made products. Please note, you have a few working hours to cancel your order, after which we will start working on the material.

As all of our curtains are custom made to your order and exact measurements, we cannot accept returns.

COMPLAINT

If you believe that you have received defective curtains, we ask that you initiate a complaint procedure by emailing your order number with photos to info@onlinecurtains.nl.

We will then contact you for further support of your case.

Please note that normal wear and tear on products older than 1 year does not count as a complaint.

CURTAINS TOO LONG/SHORT

When we process products in our sewing workshop, the fabric is measured before sewing, after sewing and after ironing, so that it always corresponds to the size you specify.

CAN I RETURN RAILS?

A return policy of 14 days applies to all accessories. The condition for the return shipment is that the packaging must be unbroken.

We will refund your money to the payment method you paid for your curtain rails.

We charge return costs for the curtain rails.

However, fabric is a living material that can change due to temperature and humidity etc. If your curtains deviate more than 1% from your specified size, we offer to return your curtains so that we can adjust the length and then send them back to you to send - completely free of charge.
